Absolutely. Our Fully Synthetic ranges meet the latest API SP and ACEA specifications, ensuring full compatibility with modern turbocharged, CRDI, and emission-controlled (EGR/DPF) engines commonly found in European and Japanese commercial vehicles.

Do you provide territory protection for your dealers?

Yes. We strictly prohibit internal price-throwing. Appointed Gold and Platinum distributors are granted specific regional exclusivity, ensuring you reap the full rewards of the market you build without unfair competition from other Denox dealers.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for authorized distributors?

To protect market pricing, our entry-level tiers require a minimum volume commitment. However, we offer highly flexible "mixed-pallet" ordering (combining Engine Oil, Hydraulic, and Gear Oil) to help you hit volume targets with zero inventory stress.

Do you provide marketing and sales support for new distributors?

Yes! Authorized distributors receive comprehensive marketing materials, including product catalogs, physical merchandise, digital branding assets, and joint promotional campaigns to help you dominate your local market quickly.

How fast is the turnaround time for bulk and regular orders?

Because our Banting manufacturing facility operates with high-capacity production lines, standard distributor orders are usually fulfilled within 3 to 5 working days.

What are the payment terms for new partners?

Initial orders are strictly Cash Before Delivery (CBD) to establish the trading relationship. However, credit terms of up to 30 days are available for consistent partners, subject to standard CCRIS checks and management approval.

Can we request product samples or technical consultations before committing?

Yes. We encourage potential high-volume partners to experience our quality firsthand. Our Technical Support team is also available to advise you on the best product mix for your specific market demographic.
